What hours do you show apartments/houses?
By appointment – call to setup showings on rental properties.
Do you allow pets?
Yes we do. However there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
Each month a fee is required for pets as well.
- Small Dogs (3 lbs-25 lbs)- $25.00 per month/per pet
- Large Dogs (26 lbs- 60+ lbs)- $50.00 per month/per pet
- Cats (Any Size)- $25.00 per month/per pet
**No chows, pit bulls, and other restricted breeds** Unauthorized pets are a breach of the lease agreement.
Do I need a co-signer?
A co-signer is dependent upon but not limited to: credit score, rental history, employment history, and professional references.
If you think a co-signer will be needed, having them fill out an application when you submit yours, will speed up your application process.
If you are under the age of 21 you MUST have a co-signer on the lease agreement.
Do you accept Metro?
This is owner based, the decision is not up to Edwards Realty Company.
